An already well done Californian bungalow renovation, previously completed by our friend Hany, needed a few extra touches to make it complete.

Re-leveling and laying of previously re-stumped existing floors, realignment of the rear bi-fold doors, a pool, paving and semi-detached Pool house with associated pergolas, fencing, screens and blinds.

The weathered timber look exterior floor tiles around the pool make for a stunning feature.

The pool house consists of a very large living area and bathroom with north facing doors onto the pool and yard. It also doubles up as additional accommodation for visitors.

A truly excellent entertainment area for large gatherings.
