This quaint Edithvale home boasted charm and highly sort after proximity to the beach in a wonderful Bayside locale but was calling for an update.
The living areas and kitchen were narrow, tight and disjointed, making the space feel smaller and more difficult to entertain with.
Capital Building knocked down an external wall and some internal walls to make a much larger and more open plan kitchen and dining area. A new Alfresco area was incorporated with matching roof, new Laundry/ Bathroom and all connected by clever bi-folding doors.
