A wonderful modern extension to a weatherboard cottage in Eltham. This example provided the Owners with an additional two bedrooms upstairs to cater for their growing young family.
The second storey is clad with Weathertex ‘Weathergroove’ vertical strip cladding, which the Owner painted in Monument for that in vogue modern asthetic.
The second storey acts as a light well with its strategically placed window facing towards the all-important North aspect, allowing light to stream down into the ground floor living area.
