The brief

From when our Design Consultant first met the clients, they had a clear vision of what they were trying to achieve. Although the design went back and forth a few times until we were able to understand exactly what the clients wanted and needed. This ended in a fantastic, modernized extension project that doubles the size of the house for their growing family.

The results

This upper floor extension consisted of adding a master bedroom & ensuite, 3 bedrooms with robes, bathroom, retreat and an open living space downstairs. We have been able to really modernize the house by adding the lightweight Weathertex cladding to the first floor and of course the double glazed aluminium windows really cap off the exterior features.

We have created a big, split level open living family home, with a beautiful fireplace complimented with the floating stone, new kitchen, timber floorboards, louvre windows and a new laundry.
