From the initial consultation, with our sales team, we were able to design a plan which perfectly fitted in with the clients spatial and design requirements.
The owners of this original Spanish Mission Bungalow required an upstairs living room, and bedrooms including a ground floor, open plan living and family entertaining area.
The upper extension was an overdue addition for our clients. The existing single storey house of 2 bedrooms, 1 bathroom was transformed into a 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom and an extra upstairs retreat area, perfect for this growing family.
Generous timber windows and doors provide ample light, giving the house a bright open feeling. While the timber stairs, barn door and exposed brick fireplace were in keeping with the original style of the home.
This project also had its own unique challenges, as one of four units, we were very restricted for access, but with a little Capital Building Contractors, can do magic, we made it work.
