This project included a large rear extension for an expansive, new open plan living and dining with large stacker doors facing north to capture all day natural light. Sleek finishing including hardwood floors and modern kitchen cabinets, along with high raked ceilings make for a bright open space.
Along with the kitchen comes a new adjoining laundry leading to the outside. Also included is a new centrally located bathroom, conveniently positioned to the bedrooms. Along with an ensuite to the new master bedroom, converted from the original living room.
