This project involved the construction of an 85sqm second-storey extension, creating a dedicated upper-level family zone complete with three bedrooms, built-in robes, a retreat area, bathroom with separate WC, and ample linen storage.

The results

To integrate the new level, renovation works included the installation of a new staircase and the creation of a study on the ground floor. Finished with Weathertex cladding and a tiled roof, the extension blends seamlessly with the existing home while providing the additional space needed for a growing family.
