Right from the start they and (Capital Design Consultant) Dean worked through an extensive wish list. They took advice on technical matters but also had a clear vision for their new home transformation.
An already substantial and mostly well-designed home, of recent vintage, the owners decided they wanted to take things to the next level. Although bathrooms, kitchens and laundries tend to be the most expensive, cost centers of a renovation, the owners wanted all these rooms rebuilt and updated to current, best quality standards.
As the photos show, the end results are impressive.
A new double garage was added to the front of the home, a more user-friendly, solution to the existing one in the back yard. The old garage was replaced with a master, living annex /retreat, extensive decking and garden areas. Again, the photos show a nicely blending design with a resort-style, feel and finish.
The owners left nothing to chance, to make this extension and renovation look and feel like a totally new home. Extensive structural works enabled the front garage and giant kitchen meals to transpire from a technical challenge to a stunning realisation of spaciousness.
The entire house was repainted and all floor coverings were replaced with timber flooring and new carpets. Also, organized by the owners, extensive landscaping and gardening. Capital Building and the owners are both very happy with the end result. It’s very pleasing to be standing in front of the house now and admire the owner’s vision and Capital’s hard work resolved into a pleasing end result.
