    We couldn’t recommend Capital Building more highly! From our very first consultation with Alex, the team took the time to really listen to our ideas, priorities, and—most importantly—our budget. The floor plan Alex designed suited our needs perfectly and was not only more spacious but also far more practical than what other companies had proposed.

    Once we decided to move forward, every member of the Capital team was an absolute pleasure to work with. Laura was incredibly helpful, taking the time to understand what we liked and offering great suggestions along the way. Kyle, our site supervisor, was fantastic—he kept us updated throughout the whole build and made everything run smoothly. A special shout-out to Ben, our builder, who was so accommodating while we lived in the house during the extension, and to Travis, who was super flexible whenever any issues came up and always up for a chat.

    The finished result exceeded all our expectations. The build was completed in just 3.5 months, and we are so impressed with the quality and attention to detail. The space looks amazing, is incredibly liveable, and has made such a positive difference to our home.

    Did a major house Reno, capital were good all the way through. Tom the build manager was a pleasure to deal with. Some problems cropped up after handover, some seemed expensive to fix but capital never made the process painful and got it done.
