Laura strives to ensure that the client’s vision is reached using her extensive knowledge on latest products and trends.

Travis has over 20 years’ experience in the building industry. He started his career as an apprentice carpenter, then worked as a qualified carpenter and site supervisor for over a decade. Trav has worked on a variety of domestic building projects. Through his experience he found a passion for extensions & renovation projects, which has now become his speciality. Travis received his building licence in 2006 and has been involved in hundreds of building projects in Melbourne and across Australia, including new homes, extensions, and renovations. Travis, as construction manager overseas. Construction activities including Health, Safety, Environment and Quality on all projects. He works to have all projects completed on time, to budget and to the highest standard of quality.

Tiffanie, as project coordinator assists the construction team with management of project activities, from the office and onsite. She assists with planning, procurement, resourcing, programming, and logistics. She also takes minutes and prepares progress reports for clients. Tiffanies finger in on the pulse of every project and her keen eye for details ensures their smooth and effective delivery from start to finish.

Dean works with our clients during the early stages of the project, interpreting their brief and formulating the scope and budget. Dean then manages the design team, including drafts people and engineers while managing the required planning and building code compliance requirements. Dean has extensive experience in building and design, having obtained three first place design awards through Master Builders Association. His qualifications in Design and Fine Arts and previous experience with other Design Builders in Melbourne, provides him with impressive technical skills, along with detailed understanding of building codes and planning compliances. Dean has a passion for turning our client’s vision into reality and producing fresh and unique architectural concepts that suits their personalities, lifestyles, and budgets.

Omid brings extensive expertise as a Sales and Estimating Manager in the construction and building extension industry. His role encompasses consulting with clients to understand project requirements, providing expert advice on cost-effective design solutions, and managing the estimation and quoting process. Collaborating closely with the design team, Omid ensures designs align with client budgets. With a strong focus on problem-solving, he navigates complex project challenges to deliver optimized solutions and uphold project quality.

Janine managers accounts and preconstruction activities, including permits, insurance, and drafting contracts & Variations. She also manages matters regarding invoicing, insurance, and other administration tasks during the project. Janine has more than 20 years of experience in the building industry, along with various other industries in accounts and administration management.

Courtneys responsibilities and duties include greeting visitors and ensuring they are comfortable as they wait, maintaining and scheduling appointments. In addition, Courtney maintains liaising with suppliers and clients, responding to emails, filing organisation, answering, and forwarding phone calls, and assisting with Janine on administrative tasks.

The supervisors manage the jobs and support their construction teams, ensuring that everything runs smoothly and is done to a high quality of standard. They attend site meetings, enforce safety protocol and project manage by creating progress reports and coordinate all trades on site.
