The project

Originally a two storey, four-bedroom house, two of which located downstairs with separate dining, well placed rear open plan kitchen, living and meals.

Design Consultant, Dean re-designed the home so ground floor bedrooms accessed private ensuites, Master with walk-in-robe, large well equipped powder room, smart walk-through pantry to laundry and a larger deck with adjoining pool.

The stairs were replaced and have now become a feature of the home showcasing beautiful hardwood and mesmerising curvature of the stair wall.

The new kitchen features striking natural marble stone bench tops and splashback and are complimented by expansive double glazed, steel windows opening the space to abundant natural light.
