This project involved the construction of a new 19sqm timber-framed front extension, creating a welcoming entrance, dedicated study and private ensuite. Finished with vertical strip composite cladding and a Colorbond metal roof, the extension provides a contemporary update to the home’s street presence.
Extensive internal renovations included the replacement of the existing kitchen, laundry and bathroom, creating a more functional layout and creating lots of internal storage the original house lacked now making the for a modern family living. Additional works included new built-in robes, bedroom reconfigurations and upgrades to the rear entry to complement the design and finishes of the new front extension.
